Royal Decree No. 62/2025 ratifies an agreement signed in the City of Muscat on January 15, 2025 between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain on the elimination of double taxation and the prevention of tax evasion with respect to Income Tax.

Article (1) ratifies the abovementioned agreement in accordance with the version attached to this decree.

Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.
