Oman’s Ambassador to Jordan, Fahad Abdul Rahman Alojaili, accompanied by Colonel Salem Al-Obaidani, the Omani Military Attaché, received the first package of Omani aid for Gaza at Marka Airport. The package was provided by the Oman Charitable Organisation in coordination with the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

Kapil Kumria, CEO of the Indian business consultancy company Optimax Aces, met with Ammar Al Kharusi, CEO of Invest Oman. They discussed ways to encourage investment in aviation services and tourism as part of their participation in the Suhar Investment Forum.

Oman’s Ambassador to France, Ahmed Bin Mohamed Bin Nasser Al Araimi, met with Gilbert Salinas, President of the North-South Economic and Cultural Development Agency, and Olivier Gravet, President of LTU Technology. They discussed areas of cooperation in economic, technological and academic fields.

Oman’s Ambassador to the Russian Federation, Hamood bin Salim bin Abdullah Altowaiya, met with Mikhail Bogdanov, Deputy Foreign Minister and Special Representative of the President of Russia for the Middle East. Relations between Oman and Russia and topics of common interest were reviewed during the meeting.

Oman’s Non-resident Ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sayyid Nazar Al Julanda Majid Alsaid, met with Bosnian Foreign Minister Elmedin Konaković. Opportunities for cooperation in various fields were discussed during the meeting.

Tanzania’s Foreign Minister January Yusuf Makamba received Saud bin Hilal bin Saud Al Shaidhani, Oman’s Ambassador to Tanzania. Topics of common interest were discussed during the meeting.

Oman’s Ambassador to Thailand, Issa Abdullah Alalawi, met with Sermsak Pongpanit, Thailand’s Minister of Culture. During the meeting, ways to enhance cultural and artistic relations between Oman and Thailand were reviewed and a number of topics of common interest were discussed.

Oman’s Ambassador to Qatar, Sayyid Ammar Abdullah Sultan Albusaidi, met with Qatar’s Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Mohammed bin Ali Al Mannai. During the meeting, relations between the two countries were discussed and ways of supporting and developing cooperation in various fields were reviewed.

Oman’s Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion, Ibtisam bint Ahmed bin Saeed Al-Faroujia, met with the Undersecretary of the Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, Roberto Perosa. They discussed investment opportunities between Oman and Brazil.

Qais Mohammed Al Yousef, Oman’s Minister of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion, discussed opportunities for future partnerships with the Arab Potash Company in Jordan. The meeting was attended by a number of officials from the mission, the government and private sectors in Oman.

Oman’s Chargé d’Affaires in Senegal, Saif Alsaadi, met with Doudou Ka, Senegal’s Minister of Economy, Planning and Cooperation, in the capital, Dakar. They discussed areas for further cooperation between Oman and Senegal.

Sayyid Nazar Al Julanda Majid Alsaid, Oman’s Ambassador to Italy, presented a copy of his credentials as Non-resident Ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina to Mirsad Besic, Head of the Protocol Department at the Bosnian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Oman’s Ambassador to Jordan, Sheikh Fahd bin Abdul Rahman Al-Ajili, visited Wafa Saeed Bani Mustafa, Minister of Social Development of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. During the meeting, ways of strengthening relations between Oman and Jordan were discussed.

Hamood bin Salim bin Abdullah Altowaiya, Oman’s Ambassador to Russia and Non-resident Ambassador to Belarus, met with the Belarus Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food, Vadim Shagoiko, in the Belarusian capital, Minsk. Topics of common interest were discussed during the meeting.

Saif bin Rashid Hilal Alsaadi, head of Oman’s Embassy in Senegal, met with General Mbaye Cissé, Chief of the General Staff of the Senegalese Armed Forces.  

Hamood bin Salim bin Abdullah Altowaiya, Oman’s Ambassador to the Russian Federation, presented his credentials as Non-resident Ambassador to Belarus to Belarus President Alexander Grigoryevich Lukashenko in the capital, Minsk. Topics of common interest and ways of enhancing trade between Oman and Belarus were discussed during the meeting.

The Head of Oman’s Embassy to the State of Palestine, Counsellor Salim bin Habib Al Omairi, met with Mazen Ghoneim, Head of the Palestinian Water Authority. They discussed relations between Oman and Palestine in addition to the repercussions of Israel’s aggression on the Gaza Strip and the West Bank.
