Royal Decree No. 108/2025 appoints Thamir Alalawi, Oman’s Ambassador to the Kingdom of Spain as Oman’s Permanent Representative to the World Tourism Organisation in Madrid

His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has issued a Royal Decree appointing a permanent representative of the Sultanate of Oman to the United Nations Tourism Organisation.

Royal Decree No. 108/2025 appoints Thamir Alalawi, Oman’s Ambassador to the Kingdom of Spain as Oman’s Permanent Representative to the World Tourism Organisation in Madrid.

Article (1) appoints Thamer bin Fayez bin Khalfan Al Alawi, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the Kingdom of Spain as Oman’s Permanent Representative to the World Tourism Organization in Madrid.

Article (2)says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced on its date of issue.
