Royal Decree No. (73/2025) ratifies amendments to the Convention establishing the International Maritime Organisation.

Article (1) ratifies the aforementioned Convention’s amendments in accordance with the version attached to this decree.

Article (2) says that the competent departments shall deposit the endorsement document as per the aforesaid Convention’s amendments in accordance with its provisions.

Article (3) states that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.
