Royal Decree No. 66/2025 ratifies the agreement signed in the City of Astana on May 29, 2025 between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the avoidance of double taxation and prevention of tax evasion on income and capital.

Article (1) ratifies the abovementioned agreement in accordance with the version attached to this decree.

Article (2) says this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.
