His Majesty issues Royal Decree

His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has issued a Royal Decree (4/2024) ratifying the agreement on air services between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Rwanda, signed in Riyadh on 4 December 2023.
